Movie Bonfire on The Ripliad

Zach's in Maui, but the Movie Bonfire blazes on. In this episode, Bracken and Will start their series of three films based on the novels of Patricia Highsmith novels starring the suave slimeball, Thomas Ripley. In this origin story, Matt Damon plays Ripley, a character that weasels his way into the lives of a group of friends born into wealth and privilege while on holiday in Italy. Things get all "cat an mousey" when Ripley commits murder and begins impersonating his victim. The supporting cast is great here, with Jude Law, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Cate Blanchett.
